We are currently seeking a Remote Marketing Manager who wants to join us for the long term and quickly become an integral part of our fast paced, high growth business.

The Remote Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy and execution of all marketing activities related to the end-to-end customer experience: starting with acquisition, through the entire lifecycle and retention year-over-year.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a deep understanding of marketing strategy, funnels, and driving specific customer behaviors at key times. We’re looking for a team player with a creative eye, a sharp mind for analytics, a drive for delighting the customer, and an obsession for growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • People management of all marketing team members, sales team members and freelancers – this includes designers, developers, SEO consultants, etc
  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy of new customer acquisition and customer experience
  • Forecast and maintain budget based on ROI
  • Day-to-day management of all marketing execution for leads, prospects, new customers and returning customers
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels and awareness of what/how drives key behaviors
  • Champion for the brand both internally and externally
  • Business development via referrals, partnerships and advertising
  • Develop, manage and execute A/B testing plans and nurture an environment of constant test and learn
  • Obsession with customer satisfaction and deep understanding of the customer journey
  • Gather insights, manage tracking and reporting of KPIs on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Solid understanding of strategic marketing and customer behavior best practices to create communications and campaigns that drive targeted calls-to-actions throughout the year
  • Flawless execution and delivery on all projects

Experience must include:

  • 3-5 years significant previous marketing management experience
  • Strong project management, analytical, creative and problem-solving skills
  • Incredible attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Build and maintain a roster of freelancers to ensure that we have a relationship with high quality talent, particularly in the areas of design, development, SEO, etc
  • Marketing, content and customer-experience strategy
  • Demonstrated track record of increased work responsibility
  • Demonstrated success with analysis and ongoing improvement of areas of ownership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  Applied knowledge and experience in the following is a plus:

  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Customer segmentation and buyer personas
  • Customer experience and user interface design
  • Living as an American abroad
