The Role and Who We’re Looking For 

American Expat Tax Services, a Greenback Company, is an income tax preparation firm specializing in all areas of U.S. income tax preparation, expat tax advice, compliance, and IRS problem resolution for American expats living or working outside the United States. 

We also specialize in Canadian income taxes and can assist Canadians with their filing obligations and problem resolution with the CRA. 

Whether you are a U.S. citizen or green card holder living or working abroad, a taxpayer who works or travels in the U.S. or Canada, or a U.S. citizen, green card holder, or other taxpayer living inside the U.S. who owns assets or accounts overseas — we can help.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist clients with the following (but not limited to):

We’re looking for someone who is confident, reliable, an excellent communicator, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced team. You should be self-directed and able to get things done with minimal supervision. (We don’t like micromanagement — and assume you don’t either.)
