How Do I Upload My Files to the Greenback Tax Companion?

To upload your tax documents securely, follow the steps below:

Important:

• Do not use Internet Explorer, as our system is not compatible with that browser
• For best results, use a desktop or laptop computer, rather than a mobile device

Step-by-Step Upload Instructions:

1. Log into your Greenback Tax Companion account: Go to the login page
2. From the dashboard, click on the “Files” tab
3. Click the “Upload Files” icon
4. Browse your device and select the document(s) you’d like to upload
5. After selecting your file(s), click “Upload”
6. You’ll see a “Success” message once the upload is complete
   You’ll also be able to view your uploaded files in your main file list

That’s it—you’re one step closer to completing your tax return.
