Where Can I Download the IRS Forms I Need to File My U.S. Taxes From Abroad?
All IRS forms and instructions are free to download at irs.gov/forms-instructions from anywhere in the world. The FBAR (FinCEN 114) is filed separately through the BSA E-Filing System, not on the IRS website.

Paying taxes from abroad:
- IRS Direct Pay: free, uses a U.S. bank account
- EFTPS: requires advance registration (allow 2-4 weeks)
