Once your invoice is paid, you will be prompted to sign your final return. From the Files section of your portal, click “View/Sign”.
Enter the last four digits of your SSN in order to access the document.
Once you have gained access to the document, you will be prompted to sign. The signature will be attached to the document at the end.
Note: If there are two signatures required on the document (typically when Married Filing Jointly), the primary contact will receive an email and sign. Once signed by the primary contact, the second contact will receive an email and be prompted to sign. Both recipients will need to enter the same passcode – the last four digits of the main contact’s SSN.
