How do I delete files I’ve uploaded?
Due to IRS guidelines, we’re required to hold onto your documents for up to 6 years. If we haven’t yet filed your taxes, we’re able to delete and/or move files.
Please contact our Customer Champion team to let us know you’d like to delete or move files. We’ll do this for you right away.
