How Do I Make Changes to My Questionnaire?
Once you’ve completed your Greenback Tax Companion questionnaire, agreed to the Acknowledgement of Engagement, and clicked “Submit,” the questionnaire becomes locked. This allows your accountant to begin preparing your return with the information you’ve provided.
Need to Update Something?
No problem! Since even small changes can affect your return, we just need to loop in your accountant before editing.
To make changes:
- Contact our Customer Support team and request to unlock your questionnaire
- We’ll notify your accountant and reopen your questionnaire for edits
- You can then log back in, make updates, and resubmit
