When Do I Have to Pay for My Greenback Services?

Nothing is due up front. At Greenback, we want you to be completely satisfied with your return before making any payment.

Here’s how the process works:

1. We’ll prepare and share your draft tax return for your review.
2. Once you’ve reviewed and approved the draft, we’ll send your invoice.
3. After payment is received, your final tax return will be uploaded to your secure Greenback Tax Companion account.
4. We’ll then e-file your return, if eligible. If e-filing isn’t possible, you’ll receive instructions to print, sign, and mail your return to the IRS.
